While no business events were held in Cape Town, Cape Breton’s Round the World sailor, Elisa Jenkins, ensured our Commemoration of Friendship was signed in port. Cape Town Mayor, Dan Plato, signed the document, as can be seen above with Elisa the day before the Clipper fleet raced out of port heading for Geraldton, Australia.
